Research on Application Difficulties and Improvement Strategies of Rapid Detection Technology for Food Pesticide Residues Based on Raman Spectroscopy Big Data Analysis

Abstract: With the increasing prominence of food safety problems, traditional pesticide residue detection methods have been diffcult to meet the needs of rapid detection. Raman spectroscopy has gradually become an important means for the detection of pesticide residues due to its fast,non-destructive,and no sample preparation. However,this technologystillfaces key technical problemssuchassevere matrix interference,insufficientdetection sensitivity and poor accuracy of quantitative analysis in practical applications. Based on this, this paper proposes improvement strategies such as the optimization of sample preparation technology, the application of surfaceenhanced Raman scatering technology,and the introduction of multivariate data analysis methods,aiming to provide theoretical basis and technical support for promoting the practical application of Raman spectroscopyin the feld of food safety detection.
