Research on Problems and Improvement Strategies in Dairy Product Inspection and Testing

Abstract： This paper focuses on the core links of the dairy inspection and testing system，and sorts out the current problems such as technical application deviation， insufficient equipment management， weak personnel capacity and imperfect supervision mechanism， targeted improvement measures are proposed， including optimizing the selection of testing technology，strengthening equipment management， improving the talent training mechanism，and building a whole-process supervision system，aiming to improve the effciency of dairy inspection and testing.
