Analysis of Nutritional Requirements and Healthy Diet Management Strategies for the Elderly

Abstract: With the acceleration of the aging processof the population, the nutritional health of the elderly has received increasing attention.This paperdeeplyanalyzes the characteristicsofthe elderly's nutritionalrequirements for protein,calcium and vitamin D,dietary fier,and water. From the aspects of energy intake,dietary structure,meal regularity,supplement selection,cooking methods,and health awareness,it systematically proposes healthy diet management strategies forthe elderly.The aim is to provide theoreticalreferences and practical guidance for improving the nutritional status and enhancing the health level of the elderly.
