Detection of Binapacryl in Apples by QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography Method

Abstract: This paper establishes a method for the determination of binapacryl in apples by QuEChERS-gas chromatography. Apple samples were extracted with acetonitrile and QuEChERS.The supernatant was purified with purification powder,and after nitrogen blowing to replace the solvent, it was passed through the membrane and determined on the machine.The detection was carried out by gas chromatograph and DB17Ol column,and the quantification was done byexternal standard method.The results showed thatthis method had a good linear relationship with binapacryl, with a correlation coefficient of 0.997,a detection limit of 0.001mg⋅kg-1 ,and a quantification limit of 0.010mg.kg-1 . At the three spiked levels of low, medium and high, the average recovery rate was 95.2% to 105.8% ,and the relative standard deviation was 1.0% to 6.0% .This method meets the experimental requirements and is suitable for the quantitative detection of binapacryl in apples.
