Research on the Current Situation, Issues, and Countermeasures of Food Safety Regulation for Pre-prepared Dishes

Abstract: As a product of the progress of the food industry, prefabricated dishes occupy a place in the catering industry,but intheprocesof its development,therearestillproblemssuchas thecurrent standardsystem isdifult to cover the whole industry chain,thereare institutional gaps in the supervisionofemerging formats,and the product traceability information disclosure mechanism is not yet perfect.Therefore,accelerating the formulation of national standards,improving regulatory regulations,and building a national traceabilityplatform for prefabricated food products have become the key paths to promote the standardized development of the prefabricated food ndustry.
