Rapid Detection of Aflatoxin B1 in Grain and Oil Products by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract： Objective： To establish a method for rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 in grain and oil products by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS/MS）. Method： Aflatoxin ΔB1 in samples was extracted by acetonitrile-water mixed solution，and then purified by solid phase extraction column and determined by HPLC-MS/MS.Result： After optimizing the extraction agent， mobile phase and mass spectrometry conditions， the method showed good linear relationship in 0.1～20.0μg⋅L-1 ，with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8， a detection limit of ，a spike recovery rate of 93.0%～95.7%， and a relative standard deviation of less than 5% .Conclusion： This method has high sensitivity，goodaccuracyand strong repeatability，and can beused for rapid and accurate detection of aflatoxin B1 in grain and oil products， providing an effective technical means for food safety monitoring.
