Study on the Problem and Countermeasures of Insufficient Adaptability of Functional Foods for Preschool Children

Abstract: In order to improve the adaptability of functional foods for preschool children, this article systematically analyzes the main problems of current products from the aspects of nutritional formula,dosage form taste,safety and labeling publicity,and proposes targeted optimization strategies based on the growth and development characteristics of children in China.Studies have found that existing functional foods in market applications generally have problems such as unreasonable ingredient design,inappropriate product form, weak quality controland distorted information expresion,which lead to low acceptance among childrenand increased risks ofuse.To this end,this article proposes improvement paths from the dimensions offormula refinement,process technology upgrade,strengthening of safety and quality control,and standardization of information labeling,aiming to provide areference for improving the scientificity and practicalityof functional foods for preschool children in China.
