Problems and Optimization Strategies of Dietary Nutrition for CrossFit Participants

Abstract: CrossFit,as a sports mode that integrates high-intensity interval training,multi-joint compound movements and functional training,places more stringent requirements on the energy metabolism eficiency,sports performance and dietary nutrition management of participants.Starting from the metabolic characteristics and nutritionalrequirements ofCrossFit exercise,this article analyzes the main problems existing in the dietary nutrition of current CrossFit participants, including the imbalance of nutritional structure,the mismatch between supply and intensity,and the lack of personalized plans.Based on the above problems,theoptimization strategies ofconducting scientific dietary guidance,reasonable nutritional ratioand formulating personalized plans are proposed,which is helpful to improve the performance of CrossFit athletes, promote recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
