Abstract: Food inspection and testing,as a key defense line to ensure food safety,have crucial qualitycontrol. This article starts from the perspective of the entire processand deeply analyzes the detailed qualitycontrol nodes of each link in food inspection and testing.By analyzing the problems in sample collection,sample preparation,reagent selection and use,personnel operation and management, targeted optimization strategies are proposed to improve the accuracy and reliability offood inspection and testing, provide strong support for food safety supervision,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the food industry.
