AbstractThis paperdiscusses the problemsof sleep disordersamong nurses inintensivecareunit（ICU），analyzes thecommon influencingfactorsincludingorkintensityursesheduling，dividualpschology，andfamilyandsocialsupportandputsfor wardnursingountermeasures，suchasasoablesheduling，psyholgicaladjustment，ndtrengtheningsupport，theiwasto improve their sleepquality，maintain physical and mental health，and enhance the nursing service level.
