AbstractObjective:Toanalyzethevalueofnurse-ledmultidimensional procedural analgesia-sleepintervention inelderlypatientswithhipfracture.Methods:Atotalof1OOpatients withhipfractureadmitedtoteDepartmentofTraumaticOrthopdicsof thehospital fromJanuary2O23 to January2025weredivided intotheobservationgroup(50cases）andthecontrolgroup(50cases）byrandomnumbers.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutineintervention,hiletheobservation groupreceived nurse-ledmultidimensional proceduralanalgesia-sleep intervention.Comparisonsweremade between thetwogroupson general situationand the BPS,SAS,SD,Haris,SQI,andISsoresbeforendafterintervetionResults:omparedtotecontrolgroup,teeatio groupshowedreductions inthedosageofanalgesicandsedativedrugs,complicationoccurencerateandhospitalstaywashorter （ P
