Applying Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in Nursing Care and Infrared Therapy Device Irradiation to Evaluate The Effects on Sleepand Rehabilitation of Burn Patients

AbstractObjective：ToobservetheefectsofMaslowhierarchynursingandinfraredtherapyonsleepandrehabiliationofburn patients.Methods：Atotalof84burnpatientsfromQuanzhouFirstHospitalafliaedtoFujianMedicalUniversiyfromMay2023 to May2024 were selectedandrandomlydividedintotwo groups：one groupreceivedroutine nursingcare during treatment（42 cases，controlgroup），andtheothergroupreceived Maslowhierarchynursingand infraredtherapy（42cases，bservationgroup）. Comparisonofpatients'sleepquality，insomniasymptoms，qualityoflife，painlevel，andhalingtime.Results：ThePSQIsoreof the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05） . The insomnia symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing care（ P<0.05 ）. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care（ P<0.05. ）.The degree of pain and healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Maslow hierarchical nursing and infrared therapy irradiationare necessaryforburnpatients，whichcanreduceteirpainlevel，promote woundhealing，improvetheirqualityoflifeand sleep.
