The Impact of Multidimensional Sleep Management in Tracking Mode on Patients with Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterans after Interventional Surgery

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheefectof multidimensionalsleepmanagement in tracking modeonpostoperative intervention inpatients withlowerlimbarteriosclerosisobliterans(ASO).Methods:Atotalof 80patientswhounderwent interventionalsurgery forASOintheDepartmentof VascularSurgeryattheFirstAfiliated HospitalofBengbuMedical UniversityfromJanuary2O22 to January2025 were selectedandrandomly dividedintoacontrol group andanobservation groupusingarandom number table method,with4Opatients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine postoperative nursingcare,while theobservationgroup receivedmultidimensional slep management intracking modebasedonthecontrol group.Both groupsreceivedcontinuous nursing care for4 weeks.The Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI）and the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS）were used to evaluate the changes in sleepqualitybeforeandafterthe intervention intwo groups ofpatients.Patientswere alsoguidedtowearandusesmart wristbands(Fitbit,IspireH）tomonitorchangesisleepindicatorssuchastotalleetime,sleepeficiency,umberfnight timeawakenings,andwaketimeaftersleponset.TheHamiltonDepressionScale(HAMD）and HamiltonAnxietyScale(HAMA) were usedto evaluatethe negative emotionsof thetwogroupsof patients.Aself-madenursing satisfactionscale wasusedtocomparethenursingsatisfactionofthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertheintervention.Results:Aftertheintervention,theoservation group showedsignificantlylowerscoresonthePSQI,AIS,HAMD,and HAMAscales,as wellasfewer nightimeawakeningsand lesswaketimeaftersleeponsetcomparedtothecontrolgroup.Thediferencesbetweenthetwogroupswerestatisticallsigificant （ P

Conclusion:Multidimensional sleep management intracking modecanefectivelyimprove sleepquality,allviatenegativeemo tions,andimprovenursingstisfactioninpatientswithASOafterinterventionalsurgery.Itisworthyofpromotionandapplicatio.
