Effect of Delphi Nursing Model on Blood Phosphorus and Sleep Quality in Hemodialysis Patients

AbstractObjective:ToobservetheeffectofDelphi nursing modelon blod phosphorusand sleepqualityin hemodialysis patients.Methods:FromMaytoOctober2O25,20OhemodialysispatientsfromtheSecondAfiliated HospitalofXiamenMedical College were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group( n=100 ,received routine care during dialysis)and the observation group( n=100 ,received Delphi nursing mode)using the random number table. Changes in the sleep quality,insomnia symptoms,qualityoflife,and blood phosphorus levelsbeforeandafternursingcare werecompared.Results:After nursing,the scoresof sevendimensionsandtotalscoresofthePitsburgh SlepQualityIndex(PSQI)inbothgroups were significantlyreduced ( P<0.05 ),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group( P<0.05 ). After nursing,the scores of the Asens Insomnia Scale( AIS) in both groups were significantly reduced( P<0.05 ),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group( P<0.05 ). After nursing,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assay (WHOQOL-BREF) in both groups were significantly elevated ( P<0.05 ),which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group( P<0.05 ). After nursing,the blood phosphorus levels in both groups were significantly reduced( P< 0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Delphi nursing model for hemodialysis patients can improve their sleepquality,qualityof life,and reduce their blood phosphorus levels.

血液透析为目前肾衰竭患者主要的治疗方案,通过体外循环模拟肾脏功能对血液中的代谢废物及其他有毒物质进行清理,可达到控制病情、改善临床症状的目的[1-2]。(剩余5317字)
