Comparison and Correlation between Sleep Quality and Cardiac Function in Patients with Different Rehabilitation Outcomes after Heart Valve Replacement Surgery

AbstractObjective：Toexplorethecomparisonandcorelation between sleepqualityandcardiac function inpatients withdifferentrehabilitationoutcomesafterheartvalvereplacementsurgery.Methods：Atotalof11Opatientswhounderwentheartvalve replacementsurgeryintheFirstAfliated HospitalofBengbuMedical UniversityfromDecember2O22toDecember2O24 wereselectedasthesubjectsAccording totheresultsof6-minutewalk test（6MWT）forthecardiacfunctionrehabilitatioefect，，they weredividedintoagood-effect group（72cases）andanpoor-efect group（38cases）.Scoresofsleepqualityandcardiacfunction indicators betweentwo groups werecomparedandPearsoncorrelationanalysis wasconducted.Results：Scoresof theslep time， sleepquality，sleepeficiency，sleepduration，sleepingpilsdayiefunctionandsleepdisorderofthegood-effct groupwerelower than those of the poor-effect group（ P<0.05）. In terms of cardiac function indicators，LVESVI and LVEDVI were lower in the good-effect group compared to the poor-effect group（ P<0.05 ）；LEVF of the good-effect group were higher than that of the pooreffect group（ P<0.05 ）. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation（ r>0.8，P<0.05 ）between cardiac rehabilitationstatus and sleepqualityandcardiacfunction.Conclusion;For patients undergoing heartvalvereplacementsurgery，thereisa certaincorelationbetwen sleepqualityandcardiacfunctionindicatorsfortheircardiacfunctionrecovery.Nursing interventions forpatients can helpimprove theirsleepqualityandcardiac functionindicators，thereby promoting postoperativerecoveryand mproving prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
