Influences of Rehabilitation Nursing on the Neurological Function，Activities of Daily Livingand Sleep Quality in Post-stroke Hemiplegic Patients

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheeffectsofrehabilitationnursingontheneurologicalfunction，activitiesofdailylivigand sleepqualityipost-strokehemiplegicpatients.Methods：Atotalof90post-strokehemiplegicpatients treated inLongyanFirst HospitalAfliatedtoFujianMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2O24toJanuary2O25wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.They were randomly divided into the control group （ n=45 ）and the observation group（ n=45 ）by a random number table method.Patients inthecontrolgroupweregivenconventionalcare，whilethoseintheobservationgroupweregivenrehabilitation care.The National Instutesof Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）score，theActivitiesof DailyLiving Scale（ADL）score，and the Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）werecompared.Results：After nursingcare，the NIHSS and PSQI scores of the observation groupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，hiletheADLscore wassignificantlyhigherthanthatof thecontrol group（ all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of rehabilitation nursing in post-stroke hemiplegic patients can improve the neurological function，restore the normal living ability，and enhance the sleep quality.

卒中后偏瘫是由脑部血管意外导致对侧肢体运动功能障碍的综合征，患者一侧肢体和身体活动受限，将影响患者的正常生活、工作，促使患者产生焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，影响患者的睡眠质量，因此还应加强对此类患者的护理干预[1]。（剩余5130字）
