AbstractObjective:Toexplore theinfluenceofbehavioral stage-conversationmodelcorrespondingpsychological guidanceon improvingtheemotionandsleepqualityinpatientswithleukemia.Methods:Atotalof78patientswithleukemiaadmited inthe FirstAffliated HospitalofXiamenUniversityfromJanuary2023toJanuary2O24wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoaontrolgroup(routieintervention）andanobservationgroup(behavioralstage-conversationmodelcorespondingpsychologicalguidance intervention）with39casesineach group.TheemotionalstatePositiveand Negative AffectScale(PANAS)],sleeppersonal beliefs and atitudesDysfunctionalBeliefsandAtitudesaboutSlee Scale-16(DBAS-16)]durig interventionandslepquality [Pitsburgh SleepQualityIndex(PSQI)]and insomnia stateAthens Insomnia Scale(AIS)]before interventionand3monthsaftertheitervention werecomparedbetwen thetwo groups.Results:After3-month intervention,the scoresofpositiveemotionin PANAS in thetwo groups were increasedsignificantly,andtheupward trend inoservation groupwassignificantly greaterthan that in control group( P
