AbstractProfessorOuJiangqinbelieved that insomniacanbeatributed totwo importantcauses:eitherphlegmand fire；Inthe processof treatinginsomnia,itisncessarytodistingushbetweenexcesanddeficiency,eliminateexcessandsupplentdeficiency,andpayateniontoteprotectioofthendduringthetreatmentproces,sothatpatientscansleeppeacfullyisarticle aimsto providenewperspectivesandtheoreticalsupport forthe treatmentof insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine.
