AbstractObjective:Toinvestigate theefectsof siting Baduanjincombined withauricularpoint bean embeddingonthe psychologicalstateofdiabetespatientswithinsomnia.Methods:romJuly2023toSeptember2O24,atotalof60patientswithdiabetesand insomniaadmitedtotheinteralmedicinedepartmentofourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchsubjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into an observation group( n=30 ） and a control group( n=30 ). The control group received routine nursing,hypoglycemic treatmentandoraladministrationof estazolamtablets.Theobservation groupwas treatedwith siting Baduanjinandauricularpointbean embeddinginadditiontoroutinecareandhypoglycemic treatment.Theinterventionperiod was 8 weeks,and the Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI）,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS）,and Self-Rating Depresion Scale(SDS）wereusedtoevaluateslepqualityand psychological statusof thetwogroupsofpatients atbaseline,4 weeksand8 weks.PhysicalandmentalhealthofthepatientsbeforeandaftertheinterventionwerealsoscoredResults:Aftertheintervention,the PSQI,SAS,and SDS scores of both groups significantly decreased in weeks 4 and 8 (P
