刺激内关穴联合多感官刺激模式对脑出血后意识障碍患者睡眠结构的影响

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheefectsof timulating theNeiguanacupointcombinedwithmulti-sensory stimulationosleep structure,consiousssrecovery,andneurlogical functioninatintswithpost-strokeemhageducedconscioussso ders.Methods:Atotalof4patientswithpost-strokehemorrhage-inducedconsciousnssdisordersadmitedtotheIntensiveCare Unit(ICU)of theRehabilitationHospitalAfilatedtoFujian UniversityofTraditionalChinese MedicinefromAugust2024to June2025wereselectedas theresearch subjects andrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group,with 20cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedmulti-sensory stimulation treatment,whiletheobservation groupreceived Neiguan acupoint stimulationcombined withmulti-sensory stimulationtreatment.Thetreatmentcoursewas 4weeksforboth groups.The sleep structure,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,andawakeningrateof thetwogroups were comparedafter the intervention.Results;Dataanalysisaftertreatmentshowedthatthesleepstructureoftheobservationgroupwasbeterthanthatof the control group( P<0.05 ); in terms of GCS score,the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05) . There were 18 patients who regained consciousness in the observation group,with an awakening rate of 90.0% ,while there were 11 patients who regained consciousness in the control group,with an awakening rate of 55.0% ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Stimulating the Neiguan acupoint combined with multi-sensory stimulationcanefectively improvethesleeprhythmofpatientswithpost-strokehemorrhage-inducedconsciousnessdisordersand promote consciousness recovery.
