AbstractObjective:To explore theefectof the“adaptationsystem”dual-modeon sleepqualityinpatientswithhypertensive intracerebralhemorhageaftersurgery.Methods:Atotalof8patientswithhypertensiveiracerebralhmorhageadmitdtothe FirstAfiliated Hospitalof Bengbu MedicalUniversityfromJanuary2O23 toJanuary2O25wereselectedandrandomlydividedinto acontrolgroupandanobservation groupusingarandom numbertablemethod,with4Opatients ineach group.Thecontrolgroup receivedroutinenursing intervention,whiletheobservationgroupreceived“adaptation-system”dual-modeinterventiononthebasis of thecontrolgroup'streatmentThePitsburgh SlepQualityIndex(PSQI）wasused tocomparethediferences insleepqualitybetweenthetwogroupsResults:Afterintervention,thePQIscoresoftheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthose of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P
