AbstractObjective：Toanalyze theefect of mind map-based health educationonslepqualityinpatientswithacutemyeloid leukemia（AML）.Methods：Atotalof74patients withAMLadmitedtoourhospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydivided intotwogroupsbyrandom numbertable，with37cases ineach group：onegroupreceivedroutine nursing intervention（controlgroup），and theother groupreceivedmindmap-based healtheducation（observationgroup）.Theeffectsof dierent interventionmethodswereevaluatedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Comparedwiththecontrolgroup，the Positiveand Negative Afect Scale（PANAS），Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）and36-Item ShortForm Health Survey（SF36） scores of the observation group were significantly improved. （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Mind map-based health education can effectively improve psychological state，sleep quality and quality of life in AML patients.
