AbstractObjective:Toobservetheefects of acupoint massagecombinedwithauricular point patchingontheclinicalsymptoms andsleepqualityofpatients withheartfailureand insomnia.Methods:totalof76patients withheartfilureaompaniedbyinsomniaadmitedto Zichuan District HospitalofTraditionalChinese MedicineinZiboCityfromJune2O23toJune2O24wererecruited by convenience sampling. They were divided into the control group( n=37 ） and the observation group( n=39 ）according todifferentintervention methods.Patients inboth groups were intervened with eszopiclone,whilethoseintheobservationgroup wereadditionally treated withacupoint massgecombined withauricularpointpatching.Both groups werecontinuously intervened for2 months.Theclinicaleficacyof thetwogroupsandthecardiacfunction,clinicalsymptomsandsleepqualitybeforeandafter theinterventionwerecompared.Results:Thetotalefectiveeficiencywassignificantlyhigherintheobservationgroupthanthe control group( 87.18% vs 62.16% ， P
