多维度疼痛干预联合穴位贴敷在晚期胃癌患者中的应用

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefects of multidimensional pain interventioncombined withacupoint plasteronpainrelief andsleepqualityinadvanced gastriccancerpatients.Methods：Atotalof1OO patientswithadvanced gastriccanceradmited to thehospitalfromFebruary2022 toFebruary2O25wereincludedinthisstudy.Thepatients wererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation groupwith5Opatients ineach groupbysealedenveloperandomisation.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinecare，andtheobservationgroupreceivedmultidimensionalpaininterventionandacupointplaster treatment.Thepainseverity， emotionalstate，sleepqualityandqualityoflifebetwnthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Afterintervention，teNSscore of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower（ P<0.05）. The score of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly lower（ P< 0. 05）.The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of multidimensionalpaininterventionandacupontplastercanefectivelyelieveancerpainiproveemotionalstate，slepulity， and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
