跨理论模型的预康复护理对机器人前列腺癌 根治术患者睡眠的影响

AbstractObjective:Toexplore theimplementation valueof pre-rehabilitationnursing usingthetranstheoretical model(TTM) inpatientsundergoingrobot-asistedlaparoscopic prostatectomy(RALP).Methods:Clinicaldataof82patientstreatedwithRALP inthe900 HospitalofthePeople'sLiberationArmyJointLogisticsSupportForcefromJanuary2O22 toDecember2024wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Forty-onepatients whoreceivedroutinenursing wereasigned intothecontrol group,and41 patientswho received pre-rehabilitation nursing usingacross TTMwereasignedintotheobservationgroup.Theurinarycontrolfunctionand sleepqualityofthetwogroups werecompared.Results:After interventions,compared withthecontrolgroup,patientsinhebservation group hadsignificantlymoreurineoutput persesion,lessresidualurineoutput,larger maximum bladdercapacity,and higher maximum urine flow rate( P<0.05 ). After interventions,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly lower insomnia severity index scores( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The pre-rehabilitation nursing using a cross TTM model has a positive impact onurinarycontrol functionand sleepqualityimprovement inpatients treated with RALP,andcan be recommended as an intervention model for RALP patients.
