AbstractObjective：Toexplorethevalueofrapidrehabilitationnursing forpatients with gastriccanceraftersurgery.Methods： FromJanuary2022 to December2O23，atotalof40patients whounderwentradicalgastrectomyat Jian'ou City Hospital wreselected and randomly divided into an observation group（ n=20 ，rapid rehabilitation nursing） and a control group（ n=20 ，traditional nursing）basedonpatientpreference.Thediferences insleepconditions，satisfactionandqualityoflifewere analyzed.Results：Before nursing，the scores of sleep quality and quality of life in the two groups were similar（ P>0.05 ）.After nursing，the observation group showed significantly beter outcomes than the control group in both measures （ P<0.05 ） . After nursing，theobservation group wasbetter thanthecontrol group interms of satisfaction degree and sleep improvement ffect（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion：The valueofrapidrehabilitation nursing forgastriccancerpatientsaftersurgeryisinline withresearch expectations，whichcanimprovepatients'sleepconditions，improvetheirslepandqualityoflifeandthus enhance theirsatisfaction with nursing.
