Effct of Ultrasound-guided Stelate Ganglion Block on Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Hip Arthroplas

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectofultrasound-guided stellteganglionblockonsleequalityinpatientsundergoing hipreplacementsurgery.Methods：Atotalof12OpatientswhohadhipreplacementsurgeryatFujianJiaocheng DistrictHospital inFujianProvincefrom June2O2 to May2O24 wererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup.Thecontrol group（ n=60 ）received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine（Dex） before anesthesia，while the observation group（ n=60 ） received intravenous infusionof ultrasound-guidedSGBcombinedwithDexbeforeanesthesia.The stressreaction（MDA，E，Cor）， cerebral oxygen metabolismindicators（CaO2，SjvO2，CMRO2），pain level（VASscore），and slepquality（PSQI score）of the two groups were observed and compared. Results：MDA，E，and Cor levels increased in both groups after the surgery（ P<0.05 ），and the increase of the control group was more obvious compared to the observation group（ P<0.05） . After the surgery，both groups showed a decrease in CaO2（P<0.05） and an rise in SjvO2 and CMRO2（ P<0.05 ）. The observation group had greater decrease in CaO2（P<0.05） more remarkable increase in SjvO2（ P<0.05 ），and milder increase in CMRO2（ P<0.05 ），compared to the control group. The VAS scores of both groups decreased 24/48 hours after the surgery（ P<0.05 ），and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05） . The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 48 hours after surgery （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with dexmedetomidinecanrelease stressreaction，improvecerebraloxygenmetabolism，allviate postoperativepain，and improve slep quality for patients after hip replacement surgery，which is worth of application.
