Efficacy of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Eszopiclone onSleep Quality in Patients with Post-stroke Sleep Disorders

AbstractObjective:Toobservetheclinicaleficacyofrepetitive transcranialmagnetic stimulation(rTMS）combinedwith eszopicloneonslepquality inpatients with post-stroke sleepdisorders(PSSD).Methods:Totally15Opatients withPSSDadited to the Second Hospital of Longyan from July 2O23 to July 2O24 were divided into the control group( n=75 ,received eszopiclone) and the observation group ( n=75 ,received rTMS combined with eszopiclone）by double-blind randomized method.The sleep quality，neurological function，andtotalefectiveratebetweengroupsbeforeandaftertreatmentwereincludedas comparators.Results;Aftertreatment,theobservationgrouphadsignificantlylowerscoresofPitsburghSleepQualityIndex (PSQI）and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS） than those of the control group( P
