Abstract:Toaddress theproblem uneven thicknessinduced bycurvatureshapevariationondiferent positions thecurved surfacewhenpaintissprayedoitbyarobot,thisresearchusesIPSstwareforsimulationcontrolovertheclosecircuitcontrol systemforfilmthickness,analyzing the influencecurved surfaceshapevariations on film thicknessand sprayingquality.IPS stware isused forcreating robotic spraying program forautomobilebodycurvedsurface.Bysimulating theatomizationdata acquisitionutomobilebodycurvedsurface,simulatingthechangescoatingliquiddropletatomizationandoptimizingprocess parameters such assprayflowrate,spraygunpressureandspeed,thisresearchaims torealizerefinedand parametric management forsprayfilmthickness automobile bodycurved surface shape to achievethepurpose reducing the number spray experiments on prototype vehicles and improving work efficiency.
