Abstract：Thispaperdesignsacontrollerforadischysteresis tensioner，whichincludes three modulesliketensioncontrolar breakage detectionandmaincontrol.ThetensioncontrolbasedonthePWMcontrol BOOSTcircuitcontrols thetensionerto output diffrenttensions，yarnbreakage detectionusesaphotoelectrictubetodetect diferent voltagesignalsduring yarnring， and maincontrold moduleutilizessinglechip microcomputer tooutputPWM waveswithdiferentdutycyclescontroling the tension，receivingandprocessng yarnrunningsignal.ThetestwasconductedtocalibratethePWMdutycycleandtensionof the tensioncontrol module，andtheinfluenceofyarsof diferent materialsonthetensionwasexplored.Andtheyarn breakage detectionvoltagesignal wasdetectedverifying thefeasibilityofyarnbreakagedetection.Thetestresultsshowthatthecontroller designing meets the working requirements of the tensioner.
