Abstract：Toaddressthe isueof theflexible blendingofsmall-sized tobacco materialssuchassmall tobaccosheetsand recoveredtobacc，amobiletobacco materialblendingdeviceisdeveloped，whichisutilizedintheleafcoling process toblend recoveredtobaccointhe VASstemremovalwiththemainlinetobacco.Theresultsshowthat theaveragecoeffcientofvariationof themainlinetobaccoflowrateis3.28，indicatingthatblendingrecovered tobaccodoesnotcausesignificantfluctuationsinthe mainline tobacco flow rate. The average moisture content of the mainline tobacco is 12.70% ，with a CPK average value of 2.23， suggestigthattheblendingprocessofrecoveredtobaccodoesnotsignificantlyaffectthemoisturecontentofthemainline tobacco.Theaveragescoreforsensoryqualityevaluationis9O.1points，higherthanthedesignvalue，indicatingthatblending recovered tobacco does not have a negative impact on the cigarette quality
