Abstract:Althoughrobotautomationisbecomingthecurrnt trend,andtheemergenceofrobots hasgreatlyimprovedproduction effciency,mostrobotsarestillfacingchaengessuchaslowlaborrateandbigsecurityrisksinfreighthandling.Thispaper designsan inteligentlogistics handlingrobotbasedon STM32corecontroler,and introduces PIDalgorithmandOpenMVvision technology.Accordingtotherequirementsofuse,thecarcanrealizethepracticalfunctionsofinformationidentificationand collection,materialgrabingandtransportationinthesite.The mechanicaldesignscheme,hardwarecircuitshemeandprogram designof the robot are elabrated,prototype production is acomplishedand experimental variation isconducted.
