煤矿井下综采面用矿用乳化液泵站泵头压力模糊控制方法

Abstract:Inresponse totheimpairedsupport efectofhydraulicsupportsaffectedbyfluctuatingsupplyflowandlargepresure losses emulsion inpumpstations duetocomplex andever-changing environmentundergroundincoalmines,afuzzycontrol methodfor the pumpheadpressureof theemulsionpump stationused incoal mineundergroundcomprehensivemining faceis proposed.Theoperatingcharacteristicsof theemulsionpumpstationisanalyzed,theflowrateand pressureof theemulsionpump station iscalculated,andcalculationof itspumpstationpowerisconductedtoestablishamathematical modeloftheemulsion pump station.Basedonthis,the pressure errorand pressurechangerateof the pumpstationarecalculated,fuzified using the membershipfunctioomulate,andcorrspondingfuzzyrulesarefomulated.Afuzzyinferencemechanismisestablishedtofuzify inputvariables,controlerrorsarecalulatedandcorrspondingcontrollersareesignedtoaeveefectivecontrolofpuphad pressure.The experimental results show that the designed control method has a pressure overshoot of 6.25% with good control performance in practical applications.
