Abstract:Forefectivevibrationreductionoptimizationdesignof mechanical systems,astudywasconductedonthedynamic performanceofaviation thin-walledmachiningrollingandshapingmachineryintermsofvibrationtransmission.Thisarticle presentsthestructuraldesignofaviationthin-walledprocessing rollngandshaping machinery,followedbydynamic characteristic simulationanalysis usingfiniteelementsoftware,obtaining modalsuperposition methodandvibration transmision characteristicaalysis.Bycomparison,theoveralldynamiccharacteristicsoftheaviationthin-walldprocesingrolligand shapingmachinerycanbedetermined,anddynamicresultsanalysiscanbeconductedonother mechanicalcomponentsand diferent positionsof theextensionarm.Theresultsindicatethat theaviation thin-walledprocessingrollngandshaping machinery should avoid longitudinal vibration at 55Hz and transverse resonance near 59 Hz. The designed method provides new ideasforthedesignandoptimizationofsimilarmachineryinthefuture.
