基于遗传整定PID参数的汽车永磁无刷电机伺服控制

Abstract:Inorder toimprovetheservocontrolprecisionofpermanentmagnetbrushless motor,amotorservocontrolmethodwith three-loopcontrolledPIDparametertuning bygeneticalgorithmisdesigned.Thesystemresponsespeed isimprovedbythe methodof speedlopfeedforward,andtheservoparametersareoptimizedbygeneticalgorithm.Theexperimentalresultsof sinusoidalsignalfollowingandlinearfeedshowthatthesinusoidalsignalwithweak following isobtainedbygeneticalgorith. The absolute error peak is reduced by 48.2% ,and the absolute error integral is reduced by 39.0% after improved processing. Geneticisusedtoadjust timegaininglesstrackingerorwithideal trackingefect,namelythemaximumerrorisreduced by (20 42.5% and the relative error by 34.2% compared with the traditional method. This research has better wave control effect and can be extended to other mechanical transmission control fields.
