Abstract:Toaddress theconcerofhowtoensuresealingreliabilityofinteralhigh-voltagecircuitbreakerhydraulicdiscspring mechanismenergystoragemodulealong with theincreasing numberofGISapplications inpower system,clasificationand characteristicsof commonlyusedsealing rings areanalyzed,andsealing methodof HMB hydraulicdisc spring mechanism eergy storage moduleisstudied.Thre-dimensional modelsofsealingring,slidingring,andcoppershaft intheenergystorage module are established using SolidWorkssoftware,andthe modelsaresimulatedandanalyzedusing Ansyssoftware.An sealing optimizationstrategyaboutenergystoragemoduleisproposedbasedontheanalysisresults.Thegivenstrategyhascertainguiding valuefor mprovingsealingperformanceofenergy storagemodules,optimizing design,andcarring outtargetedoperationand maintenance.
