Abstract:Ascantileverbeamvibration isprominentduringthematerialretrieval processofbucketwhelmachine,of which the dynamiccomplexloadfromthematerial isoneoftheimportant excitationsourcesforthebucketwhen excavatinglosematerials, adetection methodforabnormalcantilevervibrationof bucketwhelstackerreclaimerundercomplexloadexcitationsources is proposed.Colecting relevantdataonthecantileveramplitudeandcomplex loadduring theoperationofthebucket wheel stacker reclaimerisiniciated.Toeliminatethemagnitudecoupling interferencebetweencomplexloadandabnormal vibration characteristics,thecollecteddataisnormalized,andthe VMDanalysismethodisintroducedtoachevethecoelationbetween thevibrationandloadofthetwo.Avibrationdiscrete elementpurificationmodel isdesignedundercorrelatedconstraintsusing thefruitflyoptimizationalgorithmtorefineandstrengthen thevibrationcharacteristicdataofcantileversundercomplexloads, andthestrengthenedvibrationfeaturedataisinputintoSVMtoachieverecognitionofabnormalvibrationfeatures.Experiments showthattheproposedmethodscandentifyabnormalvibrationsindiferentpartsofthebucketwheelstackerreclaimerwithhigh accuracy and efficiency.
