Abstract:Inordertoacuratelydetecthydraulicoilmoisturecontentintransformersubstationcircuitbreakerhydraulic mechanism,amethodofhydraulicoil moisturecontentdetectionbasedonconductivitymethodisstudied.Conductivity instrumentmeeting the measurementrangeandacuracyrequirementsandadaptabletothe fieldenvironmentof thesubstation is selected.Representative hydraulicoil samplesarecollcted from theupper,middeandlower partsofthe circuit breaker hydraulicmechanism.Samplesarepretreated inlaboratorytoremovesuspendedsolidsandimpurities.Theconductivityof the sampleis measuredbytheselectedconductivityinstrument,andthewatercontentinthehdraulicoiliscalculatedindirectlyby combining thecalibrationcurve.Thewatercontentinhydraulicoil iscalculatedsuccessfullyaccording totheconductivityvalues measuredbyexperiments.Comparison made withthespecified watercontentstandarddetermines whetherthe hydraulicoilof the sample meets the requirements.
