Abstract：Toanalyzetheoil leakagefaultofthemain gearboxof wind turbines，athree-dimensional finiteelement modelof gearboxandgeneratorisestablished.Theinfluenceofforcedcoldairgeneratedbythegeneratorcoolingfanonthegearboxis analyzedinthefluiddomain.Basedonthefaultoccurrncephenomenon，thecauseofthegearboxfaultisidentified.Onthis basis，awindproof isolationcoverdeviceisproposedandsimulatedforanalysis.Theresearchresultsindicatethatthe optimization schemecanreducethe pressre diference between theinsideandoutsideof the gearbox output endof the gearbox during the working process of the gearbox，which efectively reduces gearbox oil leakage.
