基于相对灵敏度分析的平车车体结构优化

Abstract:Inresponse totheproblemoflowfirst-orderverticalbending modalfrequencyofacertainflatcarbodystelstructure, therelativesensitivityanalysismethodisusedtodeterminethethicknessoftheplatecomponentswithsignificantimprovemetof the modalfrequencyofcarbody,but without drasticalcarbodyweightincreaseasthedesignvariableforoptimizing thecarbody design.Afteroptimization,thefirst-orderverticalbendingfrequencyof thesteelstructureofthevehiclebodyisincreasedby (2 6.2% ,and theweight of thevehiclebodyisreducedby1O19kg.Thecomparison with theoptimizationresultsof direct sensitivityanalysisisconductedtoveriftheefectivenessoftheelativesensitityanalysismethodinimprovingthfistder verticalbendingfrequencyoftheflatcarbodyandreducingthetotalweightofthecarbody.Afteroptimization,thestaticstrength and stiffness of the vehicle body meet the requirements.
