Abstract：Theeffectof inter-stagebleedingontheperformanceofahighly-loadedmultipleaxialcompressr was testedat of-designspeed.Theresultsshowthat bleeding doesn‘tchange the singlestage performance，butaltertheupstreamand downstream mass flow，leading to the changes of matching machine points at all stages.And at 90 % speed，the Mach numbers of thefrontstagesarehigh，theflow iseasytobecriticaland thetotal massflowdependsonthefrontstages.Whenthebleeding positionisclosertotheinlet，itwillincreasetheinlettotalmassflowofcompressorsignificantlyWhenbleedingmassflow increases 3.5% ，thechokemass flow increases 1% ，andpeak efficiencyrelativelyraises 0.5%
