Abstract:As transducerscapableofworking indeep-sea highhydrostaticpressure environments inthefieldsof deep-sea acousticcommunication,underwateracousticpositioningetc.havebroadapplicationprospectsand increasinglyurgentusage demands,anew structure of deep-seatransducerbasedonoil pressrecompensation is designed forstable operation undera working environmentpressureof3O MPa.Acording totheanalysisonthe working principleofoil presurecompensation inthis structure,thesimulationanalysiswascariedoutbasedonthemodel.Adeep-seatransducer prototypewasproduced in accordance with thestructuredesignand simulationanalysisresults,andrelated experimental researchwasimplemented accordingly.Theresearchresults indicate thatthe design schemecan significantly enhancethe dep-sea pressure survivabilityof the transducer structure while reducing its mass.
