激光加工技术在机场弱电集成化通信设备中的应用研究

Abstract:Regarding theprecisioncutingprocessof airport weakcurrent integratedcommunicationequipment,in-depth researchisconductedonlaserprocessingtechologyecontourlineofthsectionoftheparts tobeproessedisidentifid,the distanceandnumberofpointsfordiscretizationofthecontourlineisdetermined,equdistantdiscretizationmethodisappliedto discretizethecontour lineof the partsection,thenumberof incident laser pulsesateach discrete pointof thezero section contourlnetobeprocessedisalculated,andthediscretepointwiththehighestpulsenumberissetasthestartingpointoflaser cutting.Basedonthis,thepositioncordinatesofallasercutingpointsaesoughtafterandthecuingopticalpathisplaned accordingtothepath pointpositiontogeneratealasercutingpath,achievingprecisecutingof airportweak currentintegrated communicationequipmentparts.Teexperimentalresultsshowthatwiththeaplicationof teproposedmethod,theroughessof the cutting surface of the part is less than 1.5μm ,with smooth cutting surface and ensured machining quality.
