基于模糊与PID复合控制的变压器高压套管取注油系统设计

Abstract:Tocopewithcumbersomeoperations,longduration,sampledistortion,andbushing moistureabsorptionintheproce of insulatingoilextractionandinjectionfortransformerhigh-voltagebushings,thispaperproposesanautomaticoilextraction andinjectioncontrolsystembasedonfuzzycontrolandPIDcontrolprinciples.Theupper-levelfuzzycontrollerinfersthetarget speed basedonenvironmentalandstate parameters,whilethelower-level fuzzy-PIDcontroller dynamicallyadjusts thePID parameters basedontheerroranditsrateofchangebetweenthetargetspeedandthemeasuredspeed,achieving precisecontrol of theDC motorandvacuumpump.Through Simulinksimulationandexperimentalverificationasistedby3Dprinting technology,thesystemdemonstrateshighprecision,strongadaptability,andreliability,notonlyreducing theoilextractinand injection time to approximately 3O seconds,but also increasing the oil sample gas concentration by 10% ,significantly,which enhances theaccuracyofoilchromatographytestdata.Theproposedsystemefectivelymitigatestheimpactof environmental factorsandhumanoperationsontestresults,enabling amore preciseandcomprehensive assessmentof tansformer high-voltage bushing conditions,thereby providing robust support for the stable operation of the power system.
