C70型重载货车不同装载条件下的车辆运行性能分析

Abstract：Inordertostudythedynamiccharacteristicsoffreightcarsunderdiferentcargoloadingconditions，byamulti-body dynamicssimulation method，andwiththeC7Otypevehicleastheresearchobject，dynamicindicatorssuchas nonlinearcrtical sped，straight-lineruningstabilityandacceleration，wheel-axlelateralforceduringcurvepassng，derailmentcoiient， wheel load reduction rate，and wear index are compared and analyzed under the respective loading conditions of 60t ， 50t ， （ 40t ，and 30t .Theresults show that the 5Otloading condition represents the turning pointof the nonlinear critical speed.There isnosignificantcorelationbetweenloadingconditionsandrunningstabilityoquality.Ingeneral，forallsallcureradiias theload increases，thewhee-axlelateralforceincreases，thederailmentcoeficientdecreases，andthewearindexincreases. Whenoperatingheavyfreightcars，specialatentionshouldbepaidtotheimpactof increasedloadingonthesafetyof small curve radii.
