C70型重载货车不同装载条件下的车辆运行性能分析

Abstract:Inordertostudythedynamiccharacteristicsoffreightcarsunderdiferentcargoloadingconditions,byamulti-body dynamicssimulation method,andwiththeC7Otypevehicleastheresearchobject,dynamicindicatorssuchas nonlinearcrtical sped,straight-lineruningstabilityandacceleration,wheel-axlelateralforceduringcurvepassng,derailmentcoiient, wheel load reduction rate,and wear index are compared and analyzed under the respective loading conditions of 60t , 50t , ( 40t ,and 30t .Theresults show that the 5Otloading condition represents the turning pointof the nonlinear critical speed.There isnosignificantcorelationbetweenloadingconditionsandrunningstabilityoquality.Ingeneral,forallsallcureradiias theload increases,thewhee-axlelateralforceincreases,thederailmentcoeficientdecreases,andthewearindexincreases. Whenoperatingheavyfreightcars,specialatentionshouldbepaidtotheimpactof increasedloadingonthesafetyof small curve radii.
