Abstract:Withthebogieframeofahybridrail vehicle being theresearchobject,thispaperuses HyperMeshfiniteelement software tocalculatethestaticstrengthoftheframeunderextraordinaryloadconditionandsimulatedoperationloadconditionin accordancewiththerelevantspecifications.Basedonthestrength calculationresults,topologyoptimizationiscariedoutforthe internalribsof thesideandendbeamsoftheframe,andtheribschemeisdeterminedconsidering theactualprocesing conditionsandotherfactors.Thesizeoftheoveralltheframeisoptimized.Bothstaticandfatiguestrengthsoftheoptimizedframe meet the regulatory requirements,and the mass of the optimized frame is reduced by 6.83% ,with significant lightweight effect, which provide favorablereference for the structural design of the bogie frameof hybridrail vehicle in the future.
