Abstract:Thispaper investigatesthehigh-temperaturetensilerheologicalbehaviorof TB8titaniumaloy.Basedonthetrue stress-straincurvesof TB8titaniumaloyat diffrent temperaturesandstrainrates,anoptimizedJohnson-Cook constitutive model wasdeveloped,andtheevolutionpaternsof microstructuresunderdiffrentdeformationconditionswereanalyzed.The results indicate thattemperatureincreasing,strainratereducingandstrainamount increasingcanenhancethematerial‘s plasticityandreducetherheologicalstress.TheoptimizedJohnson-Cookconstitutivemodelcanaccuratelypredictthehightemperature rheological behavior of the TB8 titanium alloy.
