MMC电气设备匝间短路故障时电气参数仿真分析

Abstract:Modularmultilevelconverter(MMC),asacommonelectricalequipment,itsperformanceafectstheefciencyof power generation.For MMC electricalequipment with CKGKL-50/10-5%parameters,theturnto turnmodel of multilevel converterwasbuiltbyfiniteelement softwareComsol tocalculatecoilinductanceandcurrentdata,andtheequivalentreactance, losscoeficientand powercoeficientof multilevelconverterwere measured.Theresultsshow thatthe inductanceandcurrent obtainedbythefiniteelementmethodandtheanalyticalmethodareingoodagreement,andtheaccuracyofextrapolatingthe finiteelementsimulationmodelisveryhigh.Whenthemultilevelconverterturnsshortcircuit,theequivalentreactanceand impedance are smaller,corresponding to the equivalent reactance change rate of -0.12% to -1.76% ,and the equivalent impedance change rate of -0.11% to -1.41% .As the short circuit area extends from the inner to the outer layer,the multilevel converterparameter gainsalargerabsolutevalue.Thisresearchcancompletethe procesofon-linemonitoringof interturnshort circuit fault,so as to efectively guarantee the operation safety of multilevel converter.
