基于数值模拟的大开口盒型CFRP结构吊装方案优化研究

Abstract:Asthespecialload-bearingcharacteristicsofliftingequipmentandthelargeamountofstructuraldimensiondata informationlimittheapplicationeffectoftraditionaliftingdesignschemes,thisstudy,basedontheload-bearingstabilityand structural foundationofliftingequipment,designsmechanicalequipmentliftingstructuresintermsofuniversal wheels,suport columns,support arms,and expansion plates etc.,anduses with the steel cablereinforcementand telescopicarmsupport to improvethestabilityofthestructure.Simultaneouslyparameterizeddesignconepts areintroducedtodesignautomationsolutions toliftingsystemfordeterminingtheoptimalliftingpointposition.Theresultsshowthatthedisplacementamplificationof the designed mechanicalliftingstructureonthecontactsurfacenodesisrelativelysmall,andthetorquediferenceofthelifting system is kept within 5% ,with uniform force on the shaft. This mechanical lifting design concept can provide reference value for optimizing lifting reinforcement schemes for similar structures.

碳纤维增强塑料(carbonfiberreinforcedpolymer,CFRP)作为一种高性能复合材料,因其具有较好的耐高温、耐腐蚀、强度高等优点而被广泛应用于机械结构设计制造中,但大型构件因其装配制造、设备检修等要求而使其复合材料不可避免会呈现大开口盒型结构[1-2]。(剩余4759字)
