Reconstruction and Practical Exploration of AI-Enabled Teaching Paradigms in Adult Vocational Education

AbstractThearticleexplorestheintegrateddevelopmentpathofartificial intelligence technologyandadult vocational education. Currently，adult vocational education faces challenges such as insuficient personalized learming adaptation， prominent work-study conflicts，and evaluation systems detached from practical needs.The article proposes ateaching paradigm reconstruction plan from three dimensions：constructing multi-dimensional learning profiles to create differentiatedteaching paths;optimizingfragmentedtimeresourceallcationtoachievemicro-unitcognitiveclosure;and establishingaskill-oriented evaluation system thataligns withworkplace practicerequirements.Research indicates that AItechnology empowerment canefectivelyaddresspain points foradult learmers，suchas time constraints and varying foundational levels，enhancing therelevanceand efectivenessofvocational education.Educators should seize the opportunityof technologicaltransformationtoreshape teaching modelsandcultivatehigh-qualityskilledtalents capable of adapting to the digital economy.
