Reconstruction and Practical Exploration of AI-Enabled Teaching Paradigms in Adult Vocational Education

AbstractThearticleexplorestheintegrateddevelopmentpathofartificial intelligence technologyandadult vocational education. Currently,adult vocational education faces challenges such as insuficient personalized learming adaptation, prominent work-study conflicts,and evaluation systems detached from practical needs.The article proposes ateaching paradigm reconstruction plan from three dimensions:constructing multi-dimensional learning profiles to create differentiatedteaching paths;optimizingfragmentedtimeresourceallcationtoachievemicro-unitcognitiveclosure;and establishingaskill-oriented evaluation system thataligns withworkplace practicerequirements.Research indicates that AItechnology empowerment canefectivelyaddresspain points foradult learmers,suchas time constraints and varying foundational levels,enhancing therelevanceand efectivenessofvocational education.Educators should seize the opportunityof technologicaltransformationtoreshape teaching modelsandcultivatehigh-qualityskilledtalents capable of adapting to the digital economy.
